New Classroom Extension to Scoil Mhuire, Howth, Co. Dublin.

Renovation works including fire remediation services at Castlemanor Nursing Home, Billis TD, Co. Cavan.    

Yellow Furze N.S. The works consist of the construction of a new two classroom extension on the front/northeast side of the school.

The development consists of the construction of 13 nr housing units for Meath County Council at Deerpark, Carlanstown, Co Meath.

Every school must have a school accessibility plan, which shows how they plan to improve accessibility for special educational needs pupils. We at CJCallan ConstructionLtd specialize in building accessibility rooms adhering to IWA’s Best Practice Access Guidelines

The development will consist of: (A) The demolition of the existing freestanding boiler house, prefabricated structures, portion of existing low wall at the north- west site boundary and existing car parking areas. Area of buildings to be demolished approx. 300 sq.m. (B) The construction of a single-storey extension to the existing primary school, consisting of 7 no. classrooms, a general purpose hall, staff and administration areas, circulation areas and all ancillary accommodation. Area of new extension approx. 1200 sq.m. (C) The minor internal alterations to the existing school building including works to the existing main entrance area. Area of retained and refurbished building approx. 1050 sq.m. (D) The provision of new on-site drop-off and car parking area, new fence and wall treatments at the north and west site boundaries, provision of new external play areas and ancillary site works.

We have recently completed a number of house refurbishments & renovations for Louth County Council under the 'Rebuilding Ireland' Government initiative. This project at 51 Fatima Park included a complete refurbishment to a derelict, fire damaged house

Works have commenced on a complete Refurbishment of Dun Dealgan National School, a protected building and a new build giving an additional 4 classrooms.

A very technical project – we are overhauling the current training building within Dundalk Fire Station. Upgrading the BA (breathing apparatus) building – to a high specification set out by Louth County Council

12 classroom extension on a greenfield site, including new front reception and feature canopy. Replacement of all windows in the school. Works were completed in a live environment.    

Demolition of an existing study block and completion of a 3 storey in fill extension comprising of canteen, study hall and 2 classrooms, extension of disabled access lift and new stairwell shaft.
